Shaking water Bath BTG

The BTG shaking thermostatic bath is designed to satisfy the needs that arise in chemical, biochemical and microbiological processes when a shaking movement is necessary under stable temperature conditions. Both the temperature and the shaking speed can be selected according to testing needs.

• Exterior constructed out of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the interior basin is constructed out of 18/10 stainless steel.
• Moving carriage made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a speed from 30 to 200 r.p.m.
  
• Amplitude: 40 mm.
• Universal fastening system for different containers: flasks, racks, beakers, etc.
• Drain tap.
• Display of speed and time settings using backlit LCD display. Microprocessor controlled.
• Operation in timed or continuous mode of choice. Stable speed throughout the range, regardless of load (Max. load 20Kg.).
• Digital rev. counter with accuracy of ±2%.
• Heating by shielded heating element made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
• Digital Temperature control by digital thermostat controlled by microcontroller from environment + 5º to 99.9ºC. Resolution, 0.1ºC.
• Temperature regulation by means of a digital thermostat with auto-adjustable PID control (AUTOTUNIG), in order to obtain very low working temperature inertia.
• Temperature display with double digital display of 4 digits.
  
• Equipped with a safety thermostat adjustable that has a manual reset in the event of over-temperature according to DIN 12877, class 2.
• Thermostat accuracy; ± 0.5% full scale.
• Probe Pt -100.
